- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
- Add beef broth and thyme to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Stir in Gruyère and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
