Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, carrots, feta cheese, and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Place salad mixture onto lettuce leaves or tortillas.
- Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
