Instructions
- Peel and slice bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add water and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip banana pieces into the batter, coating well.
- Fry the banana bites in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
