Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked fried chicken, shredded
- 1 cup corn, grilled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the cooked fried chicken.
- Grill the corn until charred.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- Add grilled corn to the mayonnaise mixture.
- Warm the corn tortillas.
- Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and corn mixture.
- Top with cotija cheese.
- Serve immediately.
