Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 burger buns
  • Leafy lettuce
  • Slices of tomato
  • Tartar sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat the fish in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the fish fillets until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Toast the burger buns lightly.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing fish on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
  7. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
