- 2 fillets of white fish
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 burger buns
- Leafy lettuce
- Slices of tomato
- Tartar sauce
Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the fish in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish fillets until golden brown on both sides.
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Assemble the burger by placing fish on the bun, adding lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
Notes
- You can use any white fish of your choice.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve with fries for a complete meal.
