Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the smoked sausage and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
