Delicious fried strawberry cheesecake sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberries, and vanilla.
- Spread the mixture on 4 slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- In a bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
