Description
A tasty and crunchy salad made with Fritos and corn.
Ingredients

- 2 cups corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, red onion, and cheese.
- Add mayonnaise and lime juice. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Just before serving, fold in Fritos corn chips.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for better flavor.
- You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your preference.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
