- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups Fritos
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion.
- Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes to the skillet.
- Stir in chili powder and salt.
- Cook until cabbage is tender.
- Remove from heat and mix in Fritos.
- Top with cheese and serve.
