Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups of Fritos
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
  2. Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in Fritos and mix well.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.

Notes
