Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 cups of Fritos
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
- Stir in Fritos and mix well.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream or salsa if desired.
- This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the meat.
