Description
A refreshing dessert made with frozen raspberries and oats.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups frozen raspberries
 - 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
 - Mix until well combined.
 - Spread a layer of the oat mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Evenly distribute frozen raspberries over the oat layer.
 - Add another layer of the oat mixture on top of the raspberries.
 - Freeze for at least 2 hours.
 - Once frozen, cut into squares or rectangles.
 - Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
 
Notes
- Use fresh raspberries for a different texture.
 - Adjust sweetness to your preference.
 - Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
