A delicious and healthy frozen yogurt granola cups recipe.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Spoon yogurt mixture into each liner.
- Add granola and berries on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from liners and serve.
Notes
- Use any flavor of yogurt you like.
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite fruits.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
