A delicious blend of garlic bread and grilled cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place two slices of garlic bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer two slices of cheese on top of the garlic bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use your favorite cheese for different flavors.
- Adjust the garlic bread thickness to your preference.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
