Ingredients

- 1 pound scallops
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Place scallops in a baking dish.
- Pour garlic butter over scallops.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and parsley on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until scallops are opaque.
