Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a flatbread shape.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over each flatbread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the oven for best results.
