Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a flatbread.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on warm flatbreads.
- Serve immediately.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
