- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of shrimp mixture, followed by noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
