Description

Juicy steak bites cooked in garlic butter, topped with a creamy parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet. Coat with sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.

  • Adjust seasoning as needed.
