Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets: 1 medium head (about 4 cups)
- Button mushrooms: 2 cups, sliced
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced

- Fresh thyme: 2 tablespoons, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried thyme)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (to taste)
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- Clean the button mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Add the sliced button mushrooms and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Incorporate the minced garlic and chopped fresh thyme into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
