Description
Garlic noodles aglio e olio is a simple pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and parsley.
Ingredients

- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté until garlic is golden.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss to coat.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Season with salt and mix in chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust garlic and spice levels to your taste.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
- Can add grated Parmesan if desired.
