  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
