- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let it rest. Slice into strips.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
