 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
 - Rub the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
 - Coat the chops with parmesan cheese.
 - Place the chops on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
 - Garnish with parsley before serving.
