Ingredients
- Cheese tortellini: 250 grams (about 9 oz, fresh or frozen)
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Parmesan cheese: 50 grams (about 1/2 cup, grated)
- Cherry tomatoes: 200 grams (about 1 1/2 cups, halved)
- Fresh basil: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
