Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
