Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pot, boil Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Mix in half of the parmesan cheese.
  6. Combine Brussels sprouts with the creamy mixture.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
