A crunchy and spiced granola perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey and oil.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Mix in dried fruits.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can substitute nuts with seeds for allergy concerns.
