Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine honey and oil.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  8. Mix in dried fruits.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
