Instructions

  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in molasses.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with hot water.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool before slicing.
