Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese.
  2. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet.
  8. Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
