Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture.
  4. Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.
  5. Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
