Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add gluten free flour. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a baguette. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.
