Description
A delicious appetizer featuring gluten-free crostini topped with pesto and goat cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 baguette of gluten-free bread
- 1 cup basil pesto
- 8 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the gluten-free baguette into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
- Place slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on each crostini.
- Top with a spoonful of basil pesto.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover crostini in an airtight container.
- Use homemade or store-bought gluten-free pesto.
- Feel free to add cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
