Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and seeds.
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
