- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, maple syrup, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
