Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes and gluten free flour.
- Add nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until a dough forms, adding water if necessary.
- Divide the dough into pieces and roll into logs.
- Cut logs into small pieces to form gnocchi.
- Boil water in a pot and cook gnocchi until they float.
- Remove gnocchi and let them cool.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
