- 2 cups cooked gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add carrots, peas, and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken and gnocchi.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a pie dish.
- Cover with pie crust and cut slits for steam.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
