- 200g udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 green onion, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic.
- Drain the noodles and add to the sauce mixture.
- Toss until the noodles are well coated.
- Serve topped with green onion and sesame seeds.
