Gordon Ramsay’s beef stroganoff is a classic comfort dish featuring tender beef in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g beef fillet, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 200ml beef stock
- 200ml sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Add the beef and sear until browned.
- Pour in the beef stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Serve with rice or pasta.
- Use tender cuts of beef for best results.
