  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup green crème de menthe
  • 1/4 cup crème de cacao
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Add sweetened condensed milk, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao to the whipped cream.
  7. Fold in mini marshmallows gently.
  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, increase the crème de menthe.
