Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, layer rice, cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
