Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- In a bowl, layer rice, cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Top with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
