Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken fillet, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken slices and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- In bowls, layer rice at the bottom.
- Add cooked chicken on top of the rice.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the bowl before serving.
Notes
- This bowl can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
