Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken slices and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  5. In bowls, layer rice at the bottom.
  6. Add cooked chicken on top of the rice.
  7. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  8. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the bowl before serving.
