Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, cook orzo in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Drain orzo and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve meatballs over orzo with lemon wedges.
