Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
