- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (e.g. berries, bananas, apples)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Spread the yogurt mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer the mixed fresh fruits on top of the yogurt.
- If desired, sprinkle granola over the fruit.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
