- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Drain and transfer green beans to ice water to stop cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
