- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

- During the last few minutes of grilling, place mozzarella slices on top of the chicken to melt.
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
