- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken drumsticks with the marinade.
- Place the drumsticks on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining greens, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl.
- Drizzle the salad with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the grilled chicken drumsticks alongside the fresh salad.

- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- Use a meat thermometer to check that chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
