Ingredients

- 2 cod fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Grill cod for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve cod topped with spinach and tomatoes.
