- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the cod fillets with the mixture.
- Grill the cod for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a separate pan, sauté the spinach and cherry tomatoes until the spinach wilts.
- Serve the grilled cod on a plate with the sautéed spinach and tomatoes on the side.
