- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and pepper jack cheese.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
